  1. Identification of potential germplasm of diazotrophic Azospirillum for potential application in rainfed pearl millet
  1. Identified potential PGP bacteria from Beejamrit and Jeevamrit
  1. Protocol standardized for isolation of maize seed endophytic bacteria, identified predominant endophytes for plant growth promotion under drought stress (AMAAS project).
  1. Explored the culturable diversity of rhizospheric bacteria isolated from soils of stressed ecosystems for plant beneficial traits and abiotic stress management. Developed two mixed microbial inocula for drought and heat stress management in rainfed crops
  1. Protocol standardized for partial purification of lipopeptide antibiotic iturin from Bacillus subtilis RP24, a biocontrol agent against broad range fungal pathogens. The antifungal metabolites characterized by biochemical and molecular approaches.
