First seedless pummelo mutant of our country with high juice recovery (41.43%). Average fruit weight- 496.95 g (much less than exiting genotypes). Ready to harvest in the first week of October i.e.15 days earlier than other sweet citrus varieties of sweet orange, grapefruit and pummelo. Higher fruit yield (45.55 kg/tree; 28.47 ton/ha), very low acidity (0.39% citric acid) over standard pummelo (white fleshed). Distinct advantage in yield and quality characters over existing pummelo genotypes.

Improved selection for commercial cultivation in NCT of Delhi and NC Region. It has 2.3 fold higher yield and 1.3 fold for higher ascorbic acid content compared to Kagzi Kalan lemon (Check). Higher juice content (26.64% more), citric acid content (5.70% more) and vitamin C content (31.33% more) than Kagzi Kalan (Check). Produced uniform size fruit in both summer and winter season. Early maturing than Kagzi Kalan (ready for harvest 15 -20 days earlier). Produces seedless fruit in solid block orcharding.
