  1. Low Glycemic Index (GI) Atta Product was developed for the commercialization.
  1. Methodology/Process: A cost effective and user friendly bio-elicitor (Methyl Jasmonate; MJ) and nutrient seed priming technology for the mitigation of drought stress and to improve the starch quality of rice was developed.
  1. A quick and simple gel diffusion assay to visualize and quantify pullulanase activity for resistant starch content in food crops is concetualised and developed.
  1. A nutritional quality matrix (NQM) of pigmented rice was developed for the rice eaters and for industrial benefits as a functional food supplement & A Copy right done for a “Sugar coaster- a nutritional web based board game to asses the glycemic Index of food”
